Plain and simple, if you dont use this, you are wasting valuable time. 2-10 seconds might not sound like much in terms of finding documents and other stuff (launchign apps, ect). but now ADD all those seconds up. day,week,months. You end up realizing you save 1,2 or even 3 hours.
